Its not all good news unfortunately,
take a look at the estate inspection issues reported in April...
You will see that the bulk waste collection service has been awful so far this year, after quite a long period of good service from them, no idea why
The signage and yard security lighting have been resolved from April inspection reports, which is very good.
Will detail the pro-active lighting repair that we were impressed by, begun on 25th March and resolved well on the 10th April without any need for intervention by us, credit due to One Direct electricians on this, watch this space...

2018-02-07 One Housing Group Options Appraisal Update
2018-02-2/3 Homeless camp cleared inside boarded up area around collapsing wall on west side of Gilbeys Yard. The wall could have fallen on the tent, so it was removed and door sealed closed over weekend

2018-01 Camden Market dismantles makeshift wooden market waste storage and collection shed at the rear of Stables Market Building C (rear service door of what was Gilgamesh restaurant, bar and club) in Morrissons Supermarket car park next to Gilbeys Yard on the east side by the Interchange Building after 3 months there, since November.
2018-01 Morrisons Supermarket Camden clears the rest of the car park of bushes to help manage pests and prevent the hiding of dangerous items around there.

NEW YEAR, NEW SERGEANT
Please welcome Barry MacInnes as the new Sergeant for Camden Town with Primrose Hill Ward as well as Regents Park Ward from January 2nd 2018, all based in Greenland Road.
Sgt MacInnes comes from the Camden Central Police Team, so he knows what he's in for!

CAMDEN CENTRAL POLICE TEAM
As of August 1st 2017 the Camden Council funding for the Camden Central Police Team stopped. This team will become the Late Night Levy Police Team covering the whole borough
